By accessing tunicaarena.com or attending an event hosted at Tunica Arena, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Ticketing & Entry

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

• Resale or unauthorized distribution of tickets is prohibited.

• Guests must comply with security screenings and venue policies upon entry.

2. Parking

• Parking fees may apply depending on the event.

• Illegal or unauthorized parking may result in towing at the owner’s expense.

• Tunica Arena is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or property.

3. Prohibited Items

    The following are not allowed on Tunica Arena property:

• Weapons of any kind

• Illegal substances or drugs

• Outside alcohol or glass containers

• Unauthorized merchandise sales

4. Photography & Recording

    No professional photography, videography, or commercial recording is allowed without prior written consent. Tunica Arena reserves the right to remove            individuals violating this policy.

5. Liability Waiver

     By attending an event, guests assume all risks related to their attendance and release Tunica Arena from liability for any injuries, loss, or damage, except         in cases of gross negligence.

6. Event Changes & Cancellations

     Tunica Arena reserves the right to modify or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control. Refund policies will follow the promoter or ticketing           partner’s terms.

7. Conduct

     Guests must respect other attendees and staff. Disorderly, disruptive, or abusive behavior may result in removal without refund.

8. Governing Law

     These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Mississippi.
